If you do not want the driver to enter your home please instruct them where to leave your order. Our drivers will only enter your home if you instruct them to do so. On your instruction, we will deliver to your given room of choice (ground floor only). The driver will call on the day of delivery and give 1 hour notice of arrival. If the date is not suitable simply reply to the text or let the customer service advisor know and they will work with you to re-schedule however please note this can extend the delivery timescale published. We use a specialist furniture delivery courier who will contact you by text or phone around 7 working days after purchase (often much sooner!) to offer you a date for delivery and AM or PM delivery slot.
